1. Rental Agreement: Rental Agreement By entering into a rental agreement with Chanel Event Rentals, the customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Rental Period: The rental period begins on the date and time specified in the rental agreement and ends on the return date and time specified in the agreement. Late returns may result in additional charges.
3. Booking and Payment: A reservation deposit is required to secure the rental items and dates. Full payment of the rental fee is due three days prior to the event date. Accepted payment methods include [list acceptable payment methods, e.g., cash, credit card, bank transfer].
4. Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required for some rentals. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the equipment in good condition.
5. Equipment Care: Customers are responsible for the care and safekeeping of the rented equipment during the rental period. Any damage or loss of equipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Delivery and Pickup: Delivery and pickup services are available for an additional fee. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the equipment is available for pickup at the agreed upon time.
7. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Chanel Event Rentals shall not be liable for any delays, non-performance, or interruptions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, or government restrictions. In the event of a cancellation due to weather conditions or unforeseeable circumstances, the reservation deposit will not be refunded. However, the customer will have the option to reschedule the activity/event. The reschedule date must be confirmed within one week of the original event date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be coordinated with Chanel Event Rentals. If the reschedule date cannot be accommodated, the customer may forfeit the reservation deposit.
8. Timed Events: For events that are time-sensitive and require strict adherence to a specific schedule, an additional fee will be charged. The exact amount of the fee will be communicated during the booking process and will depend on the duration and complexity of the timed event. This fee covers the extra resources and coordination required to ensure a seamless execution within the specified time constraints.
9. Liability and Indemnification: Chanel Event Rentals shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of the rental items, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Chanel Event Rentals harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from the use of the rental items during the rental period.
